Morten Richardsen

Morten Richardsen (b. 1977) assumed the role of Senior Vice President Technology on 1 November 2026.
 
Richardsen has served as Vice President Technology & Projects in Elkem Silicon Products from 2020 to 2026. He has extensive industrial and leadership experience from more than 20 years in Elkem, including various management positions at plant and divisional level. His experience also includes three years as factory manager outside Elkem.
 
Morten Richardsen started at Elkem as a trainee in 2003 and holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
